Bildiamo launches Community Support initiative to tackle effects of COVID-19 lockdown

As part of its Corporate Social Responsibility policy, the management of Bildiamo Limited - owners and operators of Sky Mall, launched a Community Support initiative on Monday 20th April 2020. The main aim of the program is to give back to the community by providing palliatives to the most vulnerable citizens living within Lekki, Ajah, and Sangotedo axis of Lagos State.

The program involves the distribution of food items to residents every morning. The food items being distributed include Sky Mall's very nutritious bread which is produced at the company's bakery facility within Skymart Supermarket.

In a brief statement to flag-off the initiative, Mr. Joe Ebhodaghe - a Director at Bildiamo Limited, laid emphasis on the community support objective of the exercise and reminded the residents of the area that the project will be in phases during the period of the lockdown in Lagos State, and the first phase is due to run for four consecutive days. The aim is to reach out to at least 10,000 residents of the community within a short period of time.
