Sky Mall opening soon

Sky Mall - our ultra-modern, state-of-the-art shopping mall is due to open soon. The mall is located in the Sangotedo axis of Lagos Island, on the ever busy Lekki-Epe Expressway.

In a statement from Samson Ogbuji - the developer's Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, "The construction stage of the mall is nearing completion. All works on the exterior of the structure have been completed. Works on the interior are in advanced stages. The autonomous power supply systems have been installed and are being tested by the specialists. All passenger and cargo elevators as well as escalators have been installed and tested. Work is commencing on the car park. In few months from now, landscaping work will commence, in readiness for the mall's opening. We are now in negotiations with companies who have shown interest to lease space in the mall ."

With more than 8,000 sq. m. of leasable shopping and office space, Sky Mall will offer seamless transitions between shopping, banking, entertainment, dining and nightlife.
